Honestly, it looks really cheese ball.

[rant] Nothing car related on the front page. Just...two people. Nothing against Eric nor his partner in crime. Its just not car-ish.

I almost rather see the old nothing.

Shoot, if these forums were a wedding album or something, the front page would look great...but.. yeah. I think I've said my peace, and my piece too [/rant]



Edit- Retracting my rant. Just refreshed 11 times and found that it changes. Just didn't on the first 4 visits. and the last 4 too.

Hmm can it be more random?

It's supposed to be completely random but random repeats sometimes. Maybe when we get a few more pics loaded to it. And the front page will look better when the content is finished being added.

Couple questions... the area at the top has the PSTOC logo and a spot that says "your ad here". Is that entire white rectangle the ad space or just to the right of the PSTOC logo? If that entire upper part is taken up by the ads, then perhaps the logo should exist as part of the random pictures, overlayed on each one, always in the same place on each one. Wouldn't be hard to photoshop that at all. I'm happy to help with that too, if it sounds like a good idea.

As for the image rotating, the more photos we add the more likely it is to be randomized. With 5 photos it tends to repeat, or seem not to change.

Don let me know the image size and I'll send you some Toyota shots that we can have on the Banner.

Also, Bekah and I are no more... But, to show that we are a friendly board encouraging girls to hang out and hug the cute asians I don't mind if you leave it.

I don't recall seeing the old pge but this new one is sick and easy to use.

We are planning on having the PSTOC logo on the banner shots too I believe.

Eric I think I told u were to upload them to in another post. Just chang the test to wordpress

I was thinking the "Ad" would just be on the right hand side of the image.

I know I could use the help. I don't have the best software for doing that kind of thing.

We are working on making it so that you will be able to do that but for now that login is only for posting to the blog and bio's...

I added a different logo to the main page. the logo should be over the top of the banner image. Does anyone have problems seeing the logo?

I can see it with IE 8 and Chrome.

I made a few cosmetic changes... and one that has been asked for a long time ago.


1. I added a link to return to the Blog Page at the top of the page

2. changed the white to a light gray

3. changed the font colors for some of the links at the top of the page

4. and I added the ability to post YouTube videos. You can see my Test youtube post in the Test category.
- So you ask how do I do that?
- type [youtube]url[\youtube]

changes are subtle but more pleasing to the eye. great work man!

A little at a time and it's coming along great. Best way to do it so we have little surprises everyday :)

A few things I have in the works...

1. Need to upgrade phpBB to the current version. 3.0.7 (I think thats the corrent version number)
2. I would like to get Rotating Header Images like on the Blog Page
3. The ability to share a post/topic to Facebook, Twitter, etc...
4. Sponsership logos, do we have any yet?

Is there anything else I need to fix or other suggestions?

We'll have some vendors to add to the front page soon. I just really want quick reply again. :) Oh and the PM pop notification is not working even though I have it turned on.

we have 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 and up comes standard w/ quick reply. Don's looking to upgrade and you'll have your quick reply back.

Don, did you get a chance to look at WooThemes? I need to know which one you want. I am submitting my order shortly and need to know which one you will want to use for the 'blog/website'
