And mostly I'll be working under Tony, but Jim doesn't seem bad at all after being in training with him for the whole week.

I'll be back on next Tuesday, on vacation next week.
I'm just not a big fan of the guy, don't like the way he manages, but shhhhhhhhhhh.
Tony is awesome, really good guy from what I've seen.

Has Toyota of Kirkland improved since the last owner or whoever it was got in trouble with the Government? Because last time I went there they screwed up my car by removing a few hose clamps and put a gash in my driver's side door window. I dropped the car off, specifically telling them that I had the tint done that day and NOT to roll the windows down, I even put blue tape over the window switches and a note on the steering wheel... Well, when I got my car back it had both windows down and a rip in the tint, but that rip turned out being a deep scratch in the window, causing me to replace it. I fought them for a long time to try and get compensation, but it was getting in the way of work and school so I sucked it up and just aimed people away from there ever since. I believe the D-bag's last name who I dealt with initially was Frost or something Mr. Freezeish sounding. Sorry to ramble on, but every time I hear about Toyota of Kirkland my eye quivers a bit and the blood lust comes out :)

From what I understand the store has been through some big changes. It's hard for me to see something like that happening now.
